Each rank has information that a student must learn, memorize, understand and be able to re-call when being tested for their next rank. It is essential that all students not only memorize their current rank information, but to also not forget the previous ranks information.

10th Geup (Gup) – White Belt
9th Geup (Gup) – White Belt with Yellow Stripe
8th Geup (Gup) – Yellow Belt
7th Geup (Gup) – Yellow Belt with Green Stripe
6th Geup (Gup) – Green Belt
5th Geup (Gup) – Green Belt with Blue Stripe
4th Geup (Gup) – Blue Belt
